First of all, I want to say "thanks" to my friend, DaNae, who is letting us borrow her camera until we can replace ours. If it weren't for her, I still wouldn't be able to take pictures!!!

This is one of Nates favorite recipes. I love it cause its quick & easy!
Italian Cream Cheese Chicken
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
1 packet dry italian dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soupchicken (4-6 breasts) - I am cheap so I only put in 2 breasts.
Place in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 4-5. Serve over pasta or rice.
**I love to serve it over bow tie pasta.

Once I got over being sad about my camera, I decided we just need to sell a few things so we can get a new camera. This time we will keep it in a case. I hope we are able to save enough money to get a Nikon D40.

It's been awhile since I've posted about my thyroid. Yesterday I went in for a blood draw to see where my levels are at. My TSH was at a 2.7. Its still within the normal range, but in the high normal range. A few months ago, my TSH was a .7. My doctor said that its fine for now.
Lately, I've been battling insomina. I kinda wonder if its thyroid related or not. Life gets really hard when you are only sleeping every other night. When I see the endocrinologist I'm gonna ask him about it. Other than not sleeping very well, I've been feeling pretty good.
Today I went in for an ultrasound of my thyroid. It was actually a very good experience. The radiology tech was actually still in school finishing up his training at Weber State doing the outreach program. The SAME program I want to do. It was good to chat with someone who is doing what I want to do eventually. He told me the program is not too hard which is music to my ears. I worry sometimes cause I'm not super smart. I'm glad to hear so many positive things about the program.
